Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.  Orders placed under $50 will be charged $6.95 for standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Orders placed before 2pm EST are processed and shipped within 24 hours. This stated goal does not account for weekends and Holidays. You will receive an order confirmation once your product is ready to ship.

Orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal service, and typically take between 3 and 5 days to arrive depending on your location. Please note that orders can take longer from time to time timing may be extended during the holiday season.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Return and Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with your Elevate product you may return it within 30 days from time of delivery.  Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will issue a credit for the product, minus shipping costs, in the form of original payment, within 30 days.

If your product arrived damaged, you may return it within 48 hours of receipt. You will need to provide detailed information and images for products damaged during the shipping process. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will issue a credit for the product minus shipping costs, in the form of original payment, within 30 days.

To initiate a return, please email orders@elevatecbd.com so we can be sure to watch for your shipment.  We suggest you use a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item(s).  Returns can be sent to:
